The Clinical Neurodevelopmental Sciences Lab at Korea University (KU), led by Dr. So Hyun (Sophy) Kim focuses on clinical research examining developmental and behavioral patterns such as academic achievement and executive function in children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and other Neurodevelopmental disorders (NDDs) while combining cutting-edge behavioral, computational and electrophysiological measures. We are also interested in investigating early red flags and developmental trajectories of ASD other NDDs during toddler, preschool, and early elementary school years using newly developed and validated measures such as the Brief Observation of Social Communication Change (BOSCC) and Observation of Spontaneous Expressive Language (OSEL).
